Lease Signings


The Azarian Group, LLC (201-444-7111) signed a lease for 2,200 sq.ft. with Futon Express at the Drug Fair Shopping Center in Fairfield, NJ.  Futon Express sells futons and related furniture. This is the company’s third location.

 

TPC Holding Co., LLC (215-321-3093) signed a lease with Saladworks in Newtown, PA.

 

Prudential Douglas Elliman (800-355-4626) signed a lease for 1,100 sq.ft. with Max Muscle on West 19th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues in New York, NY.  Area retailers include American Apparel, Banana Republic, The Blue Store, Giraudon, Better Burger and Rocking Horse Café.

 

Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. (516-365-6400) has completed the following transactions: Jiffy Lube subleased to Pro Active, Inc. in Hurst TX; Eckerd subleased 11,350 sq.ft. to Wine Warehouse, Inc. in Briarcliff Manor, NY; Payless subleased 2,772 sq.ft. to Naturally 4 Paws in Silverdale, WA; Walgreens subleased 1,900 sq.ft. to Chipotle Mexican Grill in Tustin, CA; Kmart subleased 4,280 sq.ft. to J & P Fine Foods in Orlando, FL and Walgreens subleased 13,500 sq.ft. to STG Hardware in Palatine, IL.

 

Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) signed the following leases: 10 years for 4,000 sq.ft. with Just-A-Buck at the Montgomery Towne Square located off Route 208 in Montgomery, NY.  The center is anchored by a 56,000 sq.ft. Shop Rite Supermarket and cotenants include Blockbuster Video, Eckerd Drugs and H & R Block; a 10-year lease for 4,000 sq.ft. with Just-A-Buck at Valley Supreme Plaza on Route 52 in Pine Bush, NY.  Cotenants include McDonald’s, Napa Auto Parts, Provident Savings Bank and True Value and area retailers include Dunkin’ Donuts, Hannnaford’s Supermarket and Rite Aid, in addition to a 10-year lease for 4,410 sq.ft. with Just-A-Buck at The Stop & Shop Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ.  Cotenants include Burger King, Gymboree, Hair Cuttery, H & R Block and Pet Value.  The company also signed a lease for 1,438 sq.ft. with Kumon Math & Reading inside a Wal-Mart Supercenter in Bartlesville, OK and 550 sq.ft. with Time Service, Inc. inside a Wal-Mart Supercenter in Glen Ellyn, IL.  The company also signed the following leases with Tengda Asian Bistro: 10 years for 1,850 sq.ft. in the Katonah Shopping Center.  Cotenants include Katonah Pharmacy, The Post Office, The UPS Store and Wachovia Bank; 15 years for 6,000 sq.ft. in The Milford Marketplace on Boston Post Road in Milford, CT and 3,000 sq.ft. with Dunkin’ Donuts and Citizens Bank on Route 59 in Airmont, NY.

 

McKinley Properties (734-769-8520 Ext. 274) extended a five-year lease for the TCF Bank Building in downtown Ann Arbor, MI.   

 

Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (407-644-4142) signed a 10-year lease for 8,640 sq.ft. with Planet Fitness at Errol Plaza in Apopka, FL.

 

Woolbright Development (305-446-2700) signed a lease for 23,052 sq.ft. with Office Depot at Marketplace at Dr. Phillips in Orlando, FL.  The center is anchored by Albertsons, HomeGoods and Stein Mart.

 

Sedberry & Associates (505-855-7650) has signed the following leases for its new ABQ Uptown development in Albuquerque, NM; Pottery Barn, Talbots, Williams-Sonoma, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry, Coldwater Creek, Jos. A. Bank, Elephant Bar Restaurant, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, BCBG Max Azaria, White House/Black Market, Soma by Chico’s, Loop, Chico’s, Marcello’s Chophouse, World of Knives, Cingular Wireless, J. Jill, Eddie Bauer, Borders, La Bella Spa & Salon and The Sharper Image.

 

Larsen Baker, LLC (520-296-0200) signed a lease for 600 sq.ft. with Beauty Mark at Frontier Village, a center located at Pima and Alvernon in Tucson, AZ.

 

Signature Associates (248-799-3177) signed a lease for 5,574 sq.ft. with BD’s Mongolian Barbeque in Canton, MI.

 

Sansone Group, Inc. (314-727-6664) signed the following leases throughout MO: 1,650 sq.ft. with Starbucks Co. and with The Braidery and Khadim Sports Fashions at Sansone Plaza on the Boulevard in Jennings; 2,800 sq.ft. with Philly Grill at Sansone Cross Keys in Florissant and 0.80 acres with Arby’s at Shoppes at Mallard Pointe in St. Charles.

(727-384-6000) signed the following leases throughout FL: with Gamestop and Gimme Sum Fresh Asian Grill at Boynton Town Center in Boynton Beach; with Beall’s Outlet, Kindred Spirits, Shear Express and Weight Watchers at The Villages Insurance at Colony Plaza in The Villages; with Spa #1 at Legacy Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens; with Boss Hog Ribs at Park 66 Plaza in Pinellas Park and with D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches, Famous Footwear, Macaroni Grill and Ross Dress For Less at Winter Garden Village in Winter Garden.  The company also signed the following leases throughout GA: Il Bacio Trattoria and Optique at Lindbergh at Lindbergh Plaza in Atlanta; Instant Imprints at Robson Crossing in Gainesville and Publix Super Market at The Prado in Atlanta.  The company also signed the following leases throughout Puerto Rico: Laundromat X Press at Juncos Plaza in Juncos and Wings N Things at Plaza Los Prados in Caguas.
