Noddle Cos. (402-496-1616) hired Allan Murow as senior vice president. Murow’s responsibilities will include the analysis and structuring of real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions and debt and equity financing, as well as new business development.  Throughout his 25-year career, Murow has negotiated and closed in excess of $650 million of real estate transactions.  He previously was with Grubb & Ellis/Pacific Realty and served as Senior Vice-President/Investment Services Group. 

 

Crossman & Company (407-581-6218) announced that John Crossman will be joining the family-owned company.  Crossman resigned from his 13-year position as principal of Trammell Crow Company and head of its East Coast Retail Investment Team in Orlando, FL.  He plans to join his brother at Crossman & Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm that currently ranks as one of the top commercial real estate brokerage firms in central FL.

 

The Triad Group of Boston (888-TRIAD-01) is restructuring with Gary S. Rothkopf joining Zvi Schwarzman and Linda Sternberg as principals. The TRIAD Group represents owners, retailers and institutions, such as Boston University for their retail real estate needs. Current TRIAD listings include Newbury Street, Boston, MA; Framingham, MA; Westborough, MA; Stoughton, MA; Vernon, CT; Manchester, CT and many others.

 

Kahl & Goveia (949-376-1100) hired Timothy E. McDonough as partner. During his over 20-year career, McDonough has been directly involved in the acquisition and development of more than $750 million of various commercial properties and land parcels in the U.S. McDonough was formerly the national director of acquisitions and dispositions for Regency Centers Corp. In his new position, McDonough will be responsible for the acquisition and development of retail, mixed-use and redevelopment opportunities in the western U.S. Presently, K&G owns and manages 700,000 sq.ft. and has an additional 300,000 sq.ft. under development in southern CA, much of it in master-planned communities. Current projects include Ocean Ranch Plaza, a 13.61-acre retail, office and hotel project in the Stirling masterplan in Oceanside, CA and Seabridge Marketplace, a Vons-anchored, marina-oriented center in the D.R. Horton masterplan in Oxnard, CA.

 

Strathmore Development Co. (517-664-4137) hired Richard Striebe as a senior project manager. Striebe brings over 30 years of experience in architecture, construction management, real estate development, real estate sales and project management.

Sperry Van Ness (949-225-1883) has named Peyton Moore to the position of director of organization development in South Florida.  He will be focusing on Broward, Collier, Dade, Lee and Palm Beach counties in FL as well as the Atlanta Metropolitan area.  Prior to joining the company, Mr. Moore was the director of investor relations for The Broward Alliance, as well as district manager for Blockbuster Entertainment and U.S. operations manager for Timothy’s World Coffee.
