The Rotella Group, Inc. (954-568-9015) is representing Dollar Tree Stores in its expansion throughout southeastern FL. The stores occupy spaces of 10,000 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations, regional centers anchored by big box discounters or dominant supermarkets.

 

Stirling Properties (504-523-4481) has been selected as the management and leasing agent for Premier Plaza, a 75,839 sq.ft. center located on West Government Street in Brandon, MS. The center is anchored by Dollar Tree, CiCi’s Pizza, Sally Beauty, Community Dentists and CATO and is currently 99% leased.

 

Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) is exclusively representing Zen Palate in its expansion throughout NY. The restaurant specializes in an Asian-based vegeterian cuisine. The restaurant currently has three locations, with expansion plans for ten more café locations in the NY market.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-935-1558) is the exclusive retail leasing agent for Flushing Commons, a 1.7 million sq.ft. mixed-use urban development located in downtown Flushing, Queens, New York City. The development includes 347,000 sq.ft. of retail and restaurant space.

 

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) has been selected as the asset manager for Northbay Commerce Center located in Tampa, FL. The 97,613 sq.ft. center is anchored by Publix and is shadow-anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement. Cotenants include Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Cracker Barrel and Supercuts.

 

Trammell Crow Co. (904-536-4994) is exclusively providing brokerage and property management services for River Watch at City Centre in downtown Jacksonville, FL. In addition to River Watch, the company will provide real estate services for commercial space in the Barnett Bank Building, the Dyal Upchurch Building and the River Watch residential tower in Jacksonville.

 

Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group (216-514-5100) is exclusively representing The Shoppes at Sterkel Park, a 21,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Sterkel Boulevard in Mansfield, OH. Qdoba just completed its seventh and eighth deals in the this market at Shaker Plaza, a center located on Van Aken Boulevard and Shaker Heights and at University Circle located at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Mayfield Road in Cleveland.

 

Pintzuk Brown Realty Group, Inc. (215-881-8980) is representing a regional hat store currently looking to open more than 10 stores throughout the Philadelphia, PA area, with a focus on Philadelphia, Wilmington, DE and Atlantic City and Camden, NJ. The stores occupy spaces of 500 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. Preferred tenants include Foot Locker, Finish Line and City Blue.

 

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield (757-596-2897) is exclusively representing the retail component of the Benn’s Grant development in Isle of Wright, VA. Benn’s Grant is a 600-acre mixed-use development which will include retail, residential and office properties. The center will be anchored by a Wal*Mart Supercenter.
