Lease Signings Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) negotiated five leases with Staples throughout NJ and one in PA totaling 120,000 sq.ft. The company negotiated a 20,000 sq.ft. lease for Staples at the Shops of Villanova in Villanova, PA. In NJ, the company completed leases with Staples at Heritage Square Shopping Center in South Brunswick; at Millburn Mall in Millburn; at Staples Plaza in Shrewsbury; a freestanding location at the intersection of Route 35 and Tarpon Drive in Wall Township; and at Midstate Mall Shopping Center located in East Brunswick. The company also signed a lease for 25,000 sq.ft. with Fresh Grocer at Shops of Villanova.

(610-469-6999) signed the following leases throughout FL: Foot Locker in Hollywood; EVS Veterinary Services in Pembroke; Flamingo Dental in Cooper City; Bayleaf Peddler in Homestead and Ben & Jerry’s in Sunrise. The company also signed the following leases throughout NY: with Chili’s in Auburn; Famous Footwear in Auburn; Famous Footwear in New Hartford; Peebles in Alboin; and Quiznos in Binghamton. Prime Communications (281-275-6815) signed multiple leases with the following General Growth Property malls in TX: First Colony Mall, Willowbrook Mall, Highland Mall, second locations in Towneast Mall, Woodlands Mall and Baybrook Malls. The company is currently working with General Growth on other malls in FL and GA. Prime Communications is one of the largest agents for Cingular Wireless.

The center is cotenanted by Dollar Tree, Panda Express, Great Clips, Dr. Tavel Optical, Dinner By Design, Menards and Sam’s Club.
The Shops at Las Americas (619-934-8400) signed a lease for 6,150 sq.ft. with Achiote By La Espadana, a full-service Mexican restaurant, bakery and bar, at The Shops at Las Americas, a center located just outside of downtown San Diego, CA. The restaurant will be located on an exterior pad at the center with adjacent parking. It will replicate an old California mission setting and will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner selections.
