(954-568-0530) signed the following leases throughout FL: 3,220 sq.ft. with Beef O’Brady’s at Dixie Center; 102,415 sq.ft. with Winn-Dixie at the intersection of 304th Street and Dixie Highway in Homestead; 2,480 sq.ft. with Massage Envy for five years at PetSmart Plaza in Plantation; 1,215 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless for five years at Lantana Square in Lake Worth and 1,200 sq.ft. with Yenneth Fashions for three years at Big Lots Plaza in Tamarac.
Courtelis Co. (305-261-4330) signed the following leases at Magnolia Square in Naples, FL: 46,919 sq.ft. with Sweetbay Supermarket; 2,590 sq.ft. with Aveda Salon Bamboo; 3,600 sq.ft. with CNL Bankshares and 1,540 sq.ft. with Manhattan Eyewear.
Metro Commercial (610-825-5222) signed a lease for 13,500 sq.ft. with Golf Galaxy in Oxford Valley, PA at the site of the former Today’s Man.
Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed a lease with Caribou Coffee at Squirrel Bend Road and West Central Avenue in Toledo, OH. This is the second location for Caribou Coffee in Toledo.
