Fameco Real Estate is preleasing Valley Square, a 140-acre sq.ft. mixed-use project in Bucks County, PA with approximately 320,000 sq.ft. of lifestyle retail space in the initial phase. Area retail includes Wegmans. The site will also include 110,000 sq.ft. of Class A office space as well as 200 condominiums. The company is also preleasing 400,000 sq.ft. of specialty retail space at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, PA. The development also includes two full-service hotels, 450 residential units and 1.3 million sq.ft. of existing office space with an additional 500,000 sq.ft. proposed.

The Grossman Cos., Inc. is developing the Marketplace on Morrissey on the site of a former Burger King in Boston, MA. The 16,000 sq.ft. center is on Morrissey Boulevard and is slated for occupancy during Fall 2007. The space can be subdivided. The average daily traffic count is 38,000 vehicles. Nearby draws include Phillips Candy House, Lambert’s Market, Ramada Inn and Comfort Inn.

Hillwood and Trademark Property Co. is developing the 300-acre Alliance Town Center in Tarrant County, TX at the intersection of Interstate 35 West, Heritage Trace Parkway and North Tarrant Parkway. The company sold 20 acres to Sam Moon Trading Co., which is opening  a 150,000 sq.ft. Sam Moon store selling imports and knock-offs of designer goods at the center. The Sam Moon store is slated to open in Spring 2007 and the project will also include JCPenney, slated to open Fall 2007, and a hospital. Phase one will include approximately 700,000 sq.ft. of retail, cinema, bookstore and offices centered around a public square park.
