TCN Worldwide (972-769-8701) announces the completion of a $1.2 million, 2,909 sq.ft., 10-year lease for a Gyu-Kaku restaurant on Warner Avenue in Huntington Beach, CA. The company, Reins International, operates 800 restaurants in Japan and is aggressively expanding nationwide.

Forgotten Harvest is a non-profit focused on eliminating hunger.
JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) signed a lease with T.J. Maxx for a 29,000 sq.ft. at the Free State Shopping Center, a 277,000 sq.ft. Giant-anchored center on Annapolis Road in Bowie, MD. Tenants include Tuesday Morning, Ross Dress for Less, Office Depot, Blockbuster Video, Grace’s Fortune Chinese Restaurant, Sakura Japanese Steakhouse, Starbucks Coffee, Chevy Chase Bank and Rugged Wearhouse. Opening is slated for Summer 2007.
Shorenstein Properties, LLC (415-772-7000) signed a 10-year lease with Peet’s Coffee and Tea for 1,138 sq.ft. at the Oakland City Center in Oakland, CA. The store will be the company’s first location in downtown Oakland.
NAI MLG Commercial (262-797-9400) signed the following leases: 3,000 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless on South Koeller Street in Oshkosh, WI and 2,053 sq.ft. with Batteries Plus on Green Bay Road in Kenosha, WI. Edens & Avant (803-779-4420) signed a lease for 26,000 sq.ft. with The Fresh Market at Corridors at Ponte Vedra in Jacksonville, FL. The supermarket is slated to open mid-2007. Edens & Avant also signed a lease with Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant for 2,600 sq.ft. at the Shoppes at Woodhill on Garners Ferry Road in Columbia, SC. Opening is slated for January 2007 or later in the spring. The new restaurant will be situated near a Radio Shack. The franchisee also has two Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants in Myrtle Beach, SC and is in negotiations to open another location in Northeast Richland, SC. Sez-Tec, LLC operates 19 Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants in NC, SC and TN.
