Exclusives & Leasing Assignments Colliers Abood Wood-Fay (954-233-6052) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for CocoWalk in the Coconut Grove section of Miami, FL. The 196,794 sq.ft. retail center is a four-level, open-air lifestyle mixed-use project and features such tenants as AMC Theaters, Cheesecake Factory, FYE, Victoria’s Secret and White House/Black Market.
Winick Realty Group (212-792-2600) is representing Cingular Wireless in the company’s expansion throughout NY. Cingular is seeking sites on primary retail corridors between 2,000 sq.ft. and 3,500 sq.ft with excellent visibility and high traffic counts.
Jones Lang LaSalle Retail (312-228-2797) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the Arnot Mall, a 940,000 sq.ft. regional mall in Horseheads, NY. The project is anchored by Bon-Ton Department Store, Burlington Coat Factory, JCPenney, Macy’s, Sears and Regal Movie Theaters, as well as more then 120 specialty apparel and entertainment stores. The company is also representing the Shops at Chambers, a 50,000 sq.ft. center in Horseheads, NY.

The one million sq.ft. mixed-use facility will include 170,000 sq.ft. of retail, a 59-story residential tower with 320 rental and condominium units. The High School of Art and Design and Public School 59 are being redone as part of this $500 million development project as well.
