Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. (215-963-4000) announced that Joseph Verdejo has joined the firm as senior director of the Capital Markets group.

 

Prudential Douglas Elliman (800-335-4626) hired Jennifer M. Baker, Richard T. Brazzano, Jeff D’Allessandro, Nina Feld and Owen Henry as salespeople. Baker will focus on the European, West Coast and New York luxury retail markets; Brazzano will evaluate and analyze the team’s conversion and new construction projects; D’Allessandro will represent both landlords and tenants in Long Island, NY; Feld will be responsible for finding showroom and retail spaces for the division’s clientele; and Henry will focus on the regional retail market.

 

Weiss Realty Co., Inc. (201-814-1800) appointed Andrew Schreiber as sales associate in its retail brokerage division. Schreiber previously worked as a principle in his family’s shoe business, McCreedy & Schreiber.

 

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) hired Karen Mikulski and Fred Younkin, both formerly of the Shopping Center Group of Virginia. Mikulski concentrated on landlord and tenant representation with the Shopping Center Group. Prior to that, she handled a leasing portfolio in excess of one million sq.ft. at Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler (now Advantis GVA), which ranged from enclosed malls to strip centers. Younkin has an extensive background in landlord representation, tenant representation, tenant surplus disposition and sales in both office and retail real estate.
