The Broadbent Co. is a full service real estate firm specializing in the development, leasing, management, sales and construction of community retail centers. The company is currently seeking brokerage and sales opportunities throughout the Midwest and Florida.

Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc. (610-834-1969) hired Michael Balitsaris as president. He was formerly the director of Pennsylvania and Maryland sales teams. In his new position, Balitsaris will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities.
