Combined Properties (202-293-4500) hired Jennifer Nettles as vice president of property management. Nettles has 12 years of commercial real estate management experience and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s East Coast property management, facilities maintenance and lease administration activities. Nettles was most recently with Prime Outlets in Birch Run, MI, where she was responsible for an $8 million renovation project. Combined Properties is a private company based in Washington, DC and Beverly Hills, CA. The company currently operates a portfolio of retail shopping centers totaling five million sq.ft. throughout Washington, DC and southern CA.

Prudential Douglas Elliman (800-335-4626) hired Jennifer M. Baker, Richard T. Brazzano, Jeff D’Allessandro, Nina Field and Owen Henry as salespeople. Baker will focus on the European, West Coast and New York luxury retail markets; Brazzano will evaluate and analyze the team’s conversion and new construction projects; D’Allessandro will represent both landlords and tenants in Long Island, NY; Field will be responsible for finding the ideal showroom and retail spaces for the division’s clientele; and Henry will focus on office leasing requirements and the regional retail market.
