The company also signed the following leases with Linens ‘n Things: 28,000 sq.ft. at Plaza El Segundo in El Segundo, CA; 28,000 sq.ft. at Volusia Plaza in Daytona, FL; 26,008 sq.ft. at Village Square in Germantown, WI; 28,000 sq.ft. at Boynton Town Center in Boynton Beach, FL and 28,000 sq.ft. at Hiram Pavilion in Hiram, GA. The company also signed the following leases with Carter’s Childrenswear: 4,000 sq.ft. at Bloomingdale Court in Bloomingdale, IL and 3,920 sq.ft. at Chandler Village in Chandler, AZ.
