Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Inc. is developing Harbor Point, a mixed-use development located in Baltimore, MD. The project will include over 250,000 sq.ft. of upscale specialty lifestyle, national and fashion retailers, a seven-screen cinema art theater, fine dining and casual-themed restaurants and more than 800 waterfront townhomes, upscale apartments and above retail lofts. The complex also will include more than one million sq.ft. of Class-A office space, a 200-room Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts and a 200-slip marina. The company also is developing the American Tobacco Historic District, a million sq.ft. mixed-use project located in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. The development is located near the Durham Bulls Triple-A baseball stadium and will include an on-site YMCA fitness center and three restaurants, including Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers, Symposium Café and Tyler’s Tap Room. The company also is developing Rising Sun Mills, a 313,000 sq.ft. development located in downtown Providence, RI. The development will include office space, common areas with outdoor dining, restaurants, specialty shops and 15,000 sq.ft. of on-site retail.

Madison Marquette is preleasing Valley Square, a 140-acre, 500,000 sq.ft. mixed-use development located at the intersection of Routes 611 and 132 in Warrington, PA. Opening is slated for the Fall. Area demographics include a population of 269,000 within seven miles earning $83,286 as the average household income. The center will be anchored by a 130,000 sq.ft. Zamias Services, Inc. is developing The Village at Pittsburgh Mills, a center located at the intersection of Route 28 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Pittsburgh, PA. The site has an average daily traffic count of 84,000 vehicles. The center will be developed adjacent to the 1.1 million sq.ft. Galleria of Pittsburgh Mills and will consist of seven big box locations, ranging in size from 10,000 sq.ft. to 30,187 sq.ft., and a small shop area totaling 19,733 sq.ft. Opening is slated for the Fall. Area retail includes Sam’s Club, Wal*Mart Supercenter and Lowe’s Home Improvement.
