Moore Arts & Crafts at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Kernan Boulevard in Jacksonville, FL; 4,500 sq.ft. with Bombay at the MarketPlace at Seminole Towne Center located in Sanford, FL; 4,000 sq.ft. with Carter’s Childrenswear at Festival at Riva Road in Annapolis, MD; 4,000 sq.ft. with Jos. A. Bank at Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg, FL; 6,450 sq.ft. with Kirkland’s at Westridge Court in Naperville, IL; 25,000 sq.ft. with Loehmann’s at Perimeter Center West in Perimeter, GA; 15,000 sq.ft. with Petco at Gulf Coast Town Center in Fort Myers, FL and 1,185 sq.ft. with Quiznos Sub at Lake Forest Marketplace in Lake Forest, CA. The company also signed the following leases with Cost Plus World Market: 18,300 sq.ft. at Whittwood Town Center in Whittier, CA; 20,000 sq.ft. at Chevy Chase Pavilion in Washington, DC; 18,300 sq.ft. at Southaven Towne Center in Southaven, MS and 18,300 sq.ft. at Gulf Wind Shopping Center in Tallahassee, FL. Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed a 10-year lease for 10,528 sq.ft. with Edwin Watts Golf at the Shoppes of Bluc Lake, a center located on Yamato Road, west of Interstate 95, in Boca Raton, FL. The company also signed a five-year lease for 3,536 sq.ft. with Lady of America and 1,040 sq.ft. with Allstate at Bergeron Plaza, a 48,700 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of 196th Avenue and Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines, FL.

 

Larsen Baker, LLC (520-296-0200) signed a lease for 1,079 sq.ft. with Wings and Things at the intersection of Pima and Craycroft in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease for 1,549 sq.ft. with Arizona Cyclist, Inc. at the Plaza at Williams Centre located at the intersection of Broadway and Craycroft in Tucson. The company also signed  a lease for 5,021 sq.ft. with El Patron Mexican Cuisine & Tequila at River Center located at the intersection of River and Craycroft in Tucson. The company also signed a lease for 11,820 sq.ft. with Shadow Furniture Outlet at Marana Mercado, a center located at the intersection of Orange Grove and Thorndale in Tucson.

 

Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed the following leases at Poplar Creek Crossing, a center located at the intersection of Routes 59 and 72 in Hoffman Estates, IL: 32,000 sq.ft. with T.J. Maxx; 20,087 sq.ft. with PetsMart; 7,200 sq.ft. with Kirkland’s; 4,267 sq.ft. with Fifth Third Bank; 11,700 sq.ft. with Claim Jumper Restaurant and 6,200 sq.ft. with Buffalo Wild Wings. The center is currently anchored by Target, Linens ‘n Things, Michael’s, Cost Plus World Market and OfficeMax. The center is situated on a land area of 41 acres adjacent to the Prairie Stone Business Park, a 780-acre master planned business park and site of the Sears/Kmart headquarters.

 

Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group (860-388-9100) signed a lease with Stop & Shop for a gasoline station on Flanders Road, just off exit 74 of Interstate 95, in East Lyme, CT. The gas station is contiguous to a Stop & Shop supermarket.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-246-2606) signed a lease for 12,000 sq.ft. with Carter’s Childrenswear at Marlton Crossing, a 300,000 sq.ft. center located between Route 70 and Route 73 in Marlton, NJ. The center is anchored by T.J. Maxx, Burlington Coat Factory and DSW Shoe Warehouse. The lease will be Carter’s third retail outlet in the greater Philadelphia, PA market and its second in southern NJ. Carter’s currently operates 180 locations nationwide.

 

Staubach Retail (800-944-0012) signed a lease for 10,000 sq.ft. with Hibbett Sporting Goods at Town West Shopping Center located on West Moore Street in Terrell, TX.

 

GVA Williams (203-324-0800) signed a five-year lease for 1,350 sq.ft. with Oreck Vacuum at Kaoud Plaza, a center located on Albany Turnpike Road in Canton, CT.

 

Signature Associates-Oncor International (248-948-9000) signed a lease for 6,500 sq.ft. with Buffalo Wild Wings on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, MI.

 

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed the following leases throughout MO: 4,458 sq.ft. with Rizzo’s South County Restaurant and 1,932 sq.ft. with Glamourama, Inc. at South Lakeview Plaza, a center located on Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis; and 1,277 sq.ft. with The Natural Way at Dierbergs Fenton Crossing, a center located on Old Smizer Mill Road in Fenton.
