Blue Ridge Capital (404-364-9094) hired Louise C. Jennings as director of leasing and construction for all of the company’s properties. Jennings has 20 years of shopping center experience, including property management, marketing, redevelopment, construction and leasing at Centro Watt (formerly Kramont Realty Trust) in Atlanta, GA.

The Macerich Co. (310-394-6000) promoted Stephen L. Spector from senior vice president and associate general counsel to senior vice president and general counsel. Spector, who is based out of the company’s Santa Monica, CA corporate office, has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. Prior to joining Macerich, he worked for over five years at Los Angeles, CA-based law firms specializing in real estate, corporate and securities law matters.
