Island Associates (631-982-2100) signed a lease with CVS on Middle Country Road in Selden, NY. The company negotiated a short-term extension for the drug store’s present lease at Independence Plaza.
Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) signed a 10-year lease for 2,909 sq.ft. with Gyu-Kaku Japanese restaurant at The Plaza, a 305,000 sq.ft. mixed-use center located at the intersection of Beach and Warner in Huntington Beach, CA. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 952 sq.ft. with Robeks Fruit Smoothies and Health Eats at Jamboree Promenade, a 58,600 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Dupont Drive and Jamboree Road in Irvine, CA.
