Lease Signings New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Inc. (212-869-3000) signed a lease for 5,600 sq.ft. with Terlingua Border Café and a lease for 5,002 sq.ft. Parker School Uniforms at Braes Heights Shopping Center located on Bellaire Boulevard in Houston, TX. The restaurant will take over the space formerly occupied by Starfire Grill, while Parker Uniforms will take over the space formerly occupied by Eckerd.
Noddle Cos. (800-365-1616) signed the following leases: 2,800 sq.ft. with Movie Magic at Village Square in Waverly, IA; 3,200 sq.ft. with Anytime Fitness at Centrum Plaza in Decorah, IA; 1,200 sq.ft. with Belltone Hearing Center and 1,905 sq.ft. with Brick Yard BBQ at Oakbrook Shopping Center located in Littleton, CO; 6,700 sq.ft. with Medical Clinic at Heritage Plaza in Spearfish, SD and 2,940 sq.ft. with Citrus Lounge Cigar Bar at Harvey Oaks Plaza in Omaha, NE.
Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following leases throughout FL: five years for 2,550 sq.ft. with Pancho’s Backyard at Sheridan Square Shopping Center, a 67,475 sq.ft. Publix-anchored center located on East Sheridan Street in Dania; and five years for 1,400 sq.ft. with Advance America at Paradise Promenade Shopping Center located at the intersection of Stirling Road and SW 58th Avenue in Davie.

It’s Fashion specializes in trendy attire for young women in girl’s sizes 7 to 16 and young men in boy’s sizes 8 to 20. Academy Sports and Outdoors is slated to open during the fall.
