Commercial Retail Advisors (520-290-3200) signed the following leases throughout AZ: 2,000 sq.ft. with Mijo’s Mexican Food and 1,200 sq.ft with Fox’s Pizza Den at Golder Ranch Plaza located at North Oracle Road in Catalina, AZ. Both opened last month.
Michael Salove Co. Real Estate (215-568-2600) signed a lease for 30,000 sq.ft. with Floors USA at Marlton Plaza in Cherry Hill Township, NJ. Michael Salove represented Kohl’s Department Store in the subleasing of the 30,000 sq.ft. space.
Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) signed the following leases throughout CA; five years for 5,353 sq.ft. with Furnitureland at Van Buren Plaza, a 95,000 sq.ft. center located in Riverside. Cotenants include Dollar Tree, Fantastic Sams, NAPA Auto Parts and Payless Shoes; and five years for 3,720 sq.ft. with Meejana Restaurant at North Tustin Plaza, a 38,000 sq.ft. center located in Orange County. Cotenants include Curves for Women, King’s Copies and Ortho Mattress.

These new leases will bring the total number of Raving Brands units to 18 in the Washington/Baltimore region; plans are for 50 units in this market eventually.
REP Commercial (949-585-7640) signed a 10-year lease for 866 sq.ft. with What a Lot of Pizza at Brighton Plaza in Montclair, CA and is expected to open this month.
