Levin Management Corp. (201-796-7788) has been named exclusive leasing agent for Fairlane Village Mall, a 600,000 sq.ft. center located in Pottsville, PA. The center is located on north-south Route 61 and just off east-west feeder U.S. 209. The project has more than 40 stores and restaurants and is anchored by Boscov’s and Value City. Lowe’s Home Improvement occupies a 137,000 sq.ft. building on a pad. Cotenants include CVS, Hallmark, Claire’s, Littman Jewelers, Kay Jewelers, GNC, Waldenbooks, Wells-Fargo Financial, FYE, Wachovia, Radio Shack and Fashion Bug. The center has a 30,000 sq.ft. freestanding building available, along with inline space.

 

Boston Realty Advisors (617-375-7900) has been retained to exclusively lease The Needham Gateway Project at the former site of Berejik Oldsmobile in Needham, MA. Tenants that have been recently signed include Panera Bread, Jos. A. Bank and Omaha Steaks. The site has two spaces available of 1,600 sq.ft. and 6,500 sq.ft. The development is located at the intersection of Highland Avenue and First Avenue. The site has an average daily traffic count of 31,000 vehicles. Area retail includes Staples, Petco, D’Angelo’s, BankNorth, Cambridge Soundworks, Marshalls, Linens ‘n Things, Blockbuster Video, CVS and Modell’s.
