Century Supply Co. trades as Century Tile & Carpet at 12 locations throughout IL.  The floor coverings stores occupy spaces of 20,000 sq.ft. to 25,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations.  Plans call for one opening in the existing market during the coming 18 months.  Typical leases run 10 years with five, five-year options, however the company usually owns its locations.  A vanilla shell is required.  Preferred cotenants include furniture stores, electric supply stores and paint and wallpaper stores.
