The center is anchored by China Star Buffett, and features tenants including Jackson Hewitt Tax, IQ Nails and Advance America.
Finard & Company (781-418-6239) has been named exclusive leasing agent for Avenir, a new mixed-use development in Boston, MA. The center is located at 101 Canal Street, on the corner of Causeway and Canal Streets and will consist of 241 condominiums and over thirty units of affordable housing, as well as enclosed parking, and over 26,000 sq.ft. of retail space. The development will be constructed above the MBTA Green-and-Orange-line Superstation, adjacent to the North Station, through which over 14,000 commuters pass twice daily. This development is one of the first in the planned revitalization of the historic area known as Bulfinch Triangle. |
