Lease Signings


Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed the following leases: 2,319 sq.ft. with Simply Dish at Union Square Shopping Center, a 150,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 35 and Crestview Drive in Middletown, NJ. The center is cotenanted by Tuesday Morning, Bass Shoe and Baja Fresh, and 5,800 sq.ft. with Tuesday Morning at Bay Court Plaza, a 185,000 sq.ft. center located at 650 South Bay Road in Dover, DE.  This is the first Tuesday Morning to locate in the Dover market with Fameco representing the landlord in the transaction, Frank Robino Companies, LLC.

 

H & R Retail (301-656-3030) signed the following leases with Moe’s Southwest Grill at the following locations: Shops at National Place in Washington, DC; Mount Vernon Plaza in Alexandria, VA; Ashburn Corporate Center in Ashburn, VA; South Riding Marketplace in South Riding, VA; La Plata Town Center in La Plata, MD; Rockville Town Center in Rockville, MD and Woodland Park Center in Herndon, VA; with Shane’s Rib Shack at Mount Vernon Plaza in Alexandria, VA and with Doc Green’s Gourmet Salads at Rockville Town Center in Rockville, MD.  These new leases will bring the total number of Raving Brands units to 18 in the Washington/Baltimore region; plans are for 50 units in this market eventually.

 

Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC (216-381-8200) signed the following leases throughout OH: 1,400 sq.ft. with Francesca’s Collections at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst; eight acres with Kohl’s in Lorain; 1,756 sq.ft. with Thomas Kinkade Gallery at Westfield Shoppingtown Southpark in Strongsville, OH.

 

Faison & Associates (704-972-2500) signed the following leases at the Mooresville Crossing Shopping Center in Mooresville, NC: 30,000 sq.ft. with Best Buy; 28,000 sq.ft. with Bed Bath & Beyond and 15,000 sq.ft. with Old Navy.  Faison & Associates is developing the 160,000 sq.ft. center with Crossroads Realty Group and Signature Development and expects anchor retailers to start opening by June 2007 and to be completed in September 2007.

 

Rose Associates, Inc. (212-210-6666) signed the following leases in New York, NY: 10 years for 1,280 sq.ft. with Wichcraft at Georgetown Plaza located at 60 East Eighth Street; 10 years for 900 sq.ft. with Papyrus at Georgetown Plaza at 753 Broadway and 16 years for 5,317 sq.ft. with the Broadway Panhandler at University Walk, a 60,000 sq.ft. center located on Eighth Street between Broadway and University Place.

 

Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) signed a 10-year lease for 1,700 sq.ft. with Desert Moon in the Pompano Citi Centre in Pompano, FL.  This will be Desert Moon’s first FL location.  Branded Concept Development, Desert Moon’s exclusive national real estate broker, negotiated the deal with Pompano Citi Centre’s landlord, Faison & Associates, LLC.

 

Centre-Line Real Estate Services, LLC (305-576-9008) signed a lease for 15,000 sq.ft. with CVS Drugstore for its first location in downtown Miami, FL.  The company represented the owner of the Atrium on Southeast Third Avenue.  Area retail includes Pizza Hut, Starbucks and Quizno’s.  A space of 1,200 sq.ft. is still available for lease.

REP Commercial (949-585-7640) signed a 10-year lease for 866 sq.ft. with What a Lot of Pizza at Brighton Plaza in Montclair, CA. Opening is slated for this month.

 

Woolbright Development (561-989-2240) signed the following leases at the Collection of Vanderbilt in Naples, FL: 1,800 sq.ft. with Ziggity Dot Children’s Wear; 1,800 sq.ft. with Diva Doghouse & Co. and 3,255 sq.ft. with Absinthe Restaurant.  The project is anchored by Fresh Market.
