Lease Signings REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7640) negotiated two leases at the recently completed 27,000 sq.ft. Foothill Village located at the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Redwood Avenue in Fontana, CA. The project is now 95% leased. New tenants that have currently signed at Foothill Village include a chiropractor and acupuncturist’s office and an art gallery called Black Iris Studio. The doctor’s office signed a five-year lease for 1,682 sq.ft. and will be called New Life Clinic Acupuncture and Chiropractic. Black Iris Studio signed a five-year lease for 1,160 sq.ft. REP Commercial is the exclusive marketing and leasing agents for the center and represented the landlord, RG Centers, LLC. The company also signed a five –year lease with Styles For Less for 2,765 sq.ft. at the 145,000 sq.ft. Palm Court Center located at the intersection of Imperial Highway and Idaho Street in Irvine, CA. T.J. Maxx, Michaels and Dollar Tree anchor the center.
Cousins Properties, Inc. (770-857-2503) signed the following leases at The Avenue Webb Gin, a 385,000 sq.ft. specialty center situated on a land area of 56 acres at the intersection of Georgia Highway 24 and Webb Gin House Road in Atlanta, GA; A&J Jewelers, After Hours Formalwear, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Barnes & Noble, Caribou Coffee, Chili’s, Coldwater Creek, Doc Green’s, Ethan Allen, Francesca’s Collections, Gap, Jos A. Bank, Kay Jewelers, Limited Too, Liz Clairborne Shoes, Natural Body Spa, New York & Co., On The Border, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Select Comfort, Talbots, Venetian Nails, Victoria’s Secret and Yankee Candle. The Avenue Webb Ginn will offer more than 19,000 sq.ft. of office space and will be home to more than 70 retailers, businesses and restaurants.
Legend Properties (610-941-4034) signed the following leases: 17,000 sq.ft. with Save-A-Lot at the former Acme Supermarket located on North Union Avenue in Lansdowne, PA and 6,900 sq.ft. with 360/Now Music Store and Sparkle Clean Laundromat at the Clementon Lake Plaza on Berlin Road in Clementon, NJ. Legend Properties represented Save-A-Lot and was the leasing agent for the property owner of the Clementon, NJ deal, Medici, LLC.
CB Richard Ellis (574-237-6000) and Rans Development announced that Ruth’s Chris Steak House has selected City Plaza on East University Drive in Mishawaka as its first northern IN location. The restaurant, which will occupy 8,400 sq.ft. on its main level with an additional 2,700 sq.ft. on a lower level, is slated to open by summer 2007.
Larsen Baker, LLC (520-296-0200) signed a lease with A Lasting Touch for 1,120 sq.ft. at The Plaza at Williams Centre located at the intersection of Broadway Boulevard and Craycroft Road in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease with Arizona On Ebay Auctioneers for 900 sq.ft. at Speedway Craycroft Plaza in Tucson Arizona.
The Retail Connection, LP (214-572-0777) signed a lease for 7,000 sq.ft. with Famous Footwear at The North Rim Shopping Center located at the intersection of IH-10 and La Cantera Parkway in San Antonio, TX. This will be Famous Footwear’s third location in the San Antonio market. The company also signed a lease for 95,818 sq.ft. with Belk Department Store at Robertson’s Creek Shopping Center located at the intersection of FM 2499 and Dixon Lane in Flower Mound, TX.
Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following leases: 5,000 sq.ft. with a laundromat at the Oakland Park Festival Center located at the intersection of North Andrews Avenue and Oakland Park Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The lease is for five years and is valued at $552,7000; 1,911 sq.ft. with Hollywood Tanning Center at Keystone Plaza on Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami Beach, FL. The lease is for five years and is valued at $338,762.
PlazaCorp Realty Advisors, Inc. (269-383-5775) signed leases with CiCi’s Pizza for 4,700 sq.ft., Panchero’s Mexican Grill for 2,450 sq.ft. and Smoothie King for 1,200 sq.ft. on North Drake Road in Kalamazoo, MI. The center is scheduled to open next month.
Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed the following leases: 2,800 sq.ft. with Payless ShoeSource, Inc.; and 6,373 sq.ft. with Seasons Spa & Salon at Ronnie’s Plaza in St. Louis, MO; 3,439 sq.ft. with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC and 1,600 sq.ft. to H&R Block at Dierbergs Fenton Crossing in Fenton, MO.
Katz & Associates (845-735-6666) signed a lease with Timberland Retail, Inc. for approximately 3,000 sq.ft. on two levels fronting Rivington Street in New York, NY.
Continental Retail Development (614-221-1800) signed leases with Gymboree, Quiznos, Great Clips, Migun Wellness, Ballantyne Cleaners and Carvel Ice Cream at Toringdon Market, a 105,000 sq.ft. center located in Charlotte, NC. The company also signed a lease with Buffalo Wild Wings Bar & Grill at The Streets of Tanasbourne, a 400,000 sq.ft. lifestyle center located in Hillsboro, OR. Cotenants include Abercrombie & Fitch, Pacific Sunwear, Coldwater Creek, Victoria’s Secret, Express and Lane Bryant.
Equity Retail Brokers (610-645-7700) signed a lease with WaWa for a full service gas station and convenience store on a three-acre site at Jennersville Commons, a center located at the intersection of Route 796 and Old Baltimore Pike in Jennersville, PA. Opening is slated for Fall 2007. The company also signed a five-year lease for 2,700 sq.ft. with a Chinese restaurant at Skippack Square, a center located in Montgomery County, PA. |
