Lease Signings


Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) signed the following leases with Just-A-Buck: a 10-year lease for 4,000 sq.ft. at Laurel Square, a center located on Route 88 in Bricktown, NJ. The center is anchored by Pathmark Supermarket and Kmart. Cotenants include The Rag Shop, Fashion Bug, Payless Shoes and Pearl Vision; 10 years for 3,200 sq.ft. at Unity Plaza, a center located in Hopewell Junction, NY. The center is anchored by a 48,000 sq.ft. A&P Supermarket; and 10 years for 3,900 sq.ft. at Christmas Tree Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Post Road and Indian River Road in Orange, CT. The center is anchored by Christmas Tree Shoppes and A.C. Moore. Cotenants include Harmon Drugs, Yankee Candle, Dress Barn, Cape Cod Crafters and On The Border Café. The company also signed a lease for 4,000 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless at the Home Depot Shopping Center, a 300,000 sq.ft. center located on Universal Drive in North Haven, CT. The center is anchored by Home Depot, BJ’s Wholesale Club, T.J. Maxx, Xpect Discount, Gamestop and GNC. The company also signed a lease for 2,500 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless at Port Chester Shopping Center located at the intersection of Interstate 87 and Interstate 95 in Port Chester, NY. Cotenants include Linens ‘N Things, Kohl’s, A&P Supermarket, Duane Reade, Modell’s, Rockaway Bedding and Bank of America.

 

REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7603) signed a five-year lease for 6,331 sq.ft. with Iconz restaurant on North Tustin in Orange, CA. The space was formerly occupied by a China Buffet restaurant. The company also signed a five-year lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Mathnasium of Orange on East Katella Avenue in Orange, CA. The company specializes in teaching students pre-K through 12th grade math skills. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 2,150 sq.ft. with PWS, Inc. at Harbor Plaza Shopping Center, a 4,130 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Edinger in Fountain Valley, CA. PWS plans to open a self-service laundry center next month.

 

Finard & Co., LLC (781-418-6229) signed a lease for 4,889 sq.ft. with InnuWindow at 75 Newbury Street, a 29,227 sq.ft. center located on Route 1 in Danvers, MA. Cotenants include Circle Furniture, Eastern Butcher Block, Heartwood Kitchens, California Closets and European Wood Floors. Area retail includes the Home Depot, Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, Costco and Wal*Mart. InnuWindow is a unique resource for window décor and home furnishings and offers a wide variety of furniture, linens, gifts and accent pieces along with a selection of quality ready-made panels and valances and custom window treatments.

 

Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) signed a 10-year lease for 1,000 sq.ft. with Energy Kitchen on West 47th Street in Manhattan, NY. This is Energy Kitchen’s fourth location, as well as its first franchised location in Manhattan.

 

Block & Co. (816-932-5564) signed the following leases: a lease between Greystone South, LLC and Advance America Cash Advance Center of Kansas, Inc. for space on West 87th Street Parkway in Kansas City, MO; a lease between RMRG Portfolio, LLC and Sharon Sigman, LLC for space on West 95th Street in Overland Park, KS; a lease between Rubenstein Real Estate and Aristide Camburako for space on East Santa Fe in Olathe, KS; a lease between LKG Properties, LC and Sprint Wireless Lifestyle Communications on East 17th Street in Hutchinson, KS and a lease between Zia Corp. and Becky Stoermann for space at Foxhill Shopping Center in Overland Park, KS.

 

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed a five-year lease for 4,500 sq.ft. with Schuylkill Valley Sports at Ralph’s Corner Shopping Center, a 225,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 63 and Forty Foot Road in Lansdale, PA. Opening is slated for June. The company currently operates 15 sporting goods stores throughout NJ and PA.

 

Sutton & Edwards (516-328-6500) signed a lease for 1,850 sq.ft. with Super Suppers at HR Singleton’s Shopping Center located just north of Hempstead Turnpike on Hicksville Road in Bethpage, NY. Super Suppers is a studio kitchen where customers make a month’s worth of family-sized meals during a two-hour session. Customers choose between 12 menu options that rotate monthly. Customers rotate through organized prep stations while having complimentary refreshments and appetizers.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 1,600 sq.ft. with American Dance at Oracle Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Oracle and Orange Grove Roads in Tucson, AZ. Opening is slated for next month. The company also signed a lease for 900 sq.ft. with Smoothie King at Safeway Sahuarita Center located at the intersection of La Canada Drive and Duval Mine Road in Sahuarita, AZ. This will be Smoothie King’s first location in Sahuarita and sixth overall in AZ.
