Lease Signings The Retail Connection, L.P. (214-572-8401) signed a lease for 31,245 sq.ft. with K&G Men’s Corporation on North Cockrell Hill Road in Duncanville, TX. This will be the fifth K&G Menswear store in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX metroplex. The company also signed a lease for 25,000 sq.ft. with Bed Bath & Beyond at The Mall at Turtle Creek, a center located at the intersection of Highland Drive and Stadium Boulevard in Jonesboro, AR.
Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group (216-514-5100) signed a five-year lease for 7,517 sq.ft. with Dollar General on Ravenna Road in Twinsburg, OH. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 3,000 sq.ft. with Payless Shoe Source at City View Center, a Wal*Mart and Home Depot-anchored center located at the intersection of Interstate 480 and Transportation Boulevard in Garfield Heights, OH.
Woolbright Development (561-989-2265) signed the following leases at International Drive Value Center, a 186,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of International Drive and Touchstone Drive in Orlando, FL: 2,500 sq.ft. with Bedding Mart; 4,292 sq.ft. with Bargain Books and 6,210 sq.ft. with Marianne. The center now has just one space available and is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress For Less and T.J. Maxx.
H&R Retail (703-356-8230) signed a lease for 54,031 sq.ft. with Dick’s Sporting Goods at Crossroads Center located at the intersection of Columbia Pike and Leesburg Pike in Bailey’s Crossroads, VA. The company also signed a lease for 26,000 sq.ft. with PetsMart at Sully Place Shopping Center located at the intersection of Centreville Road and Metrotech Drive in Chantilly, VA. Dick’s Sporting Goods currently operates 10 locations in the greater Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD region. PetsMart currently operates 38 locations in the area.
National Realty & Development Corp. (914-272-8034) signed a lease for 3,330 sq.ft. with Washington Mutual and 3,870 sq.ft. with The Little Gym at the Old Colony Square Shopping Center, a 102,000 sq.ft. center located in Jersey City, NJ. The Pathmark-anchored center is located on Grand Street, just off Interstate 78. The center is cotenanted by Hollywood Video, GameStop, Lot Stores, Colortyme and McDonald’s.
REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7603) signed a three-year lease for 1,337 sq.ft. with $1.99 Jewelry & Boutique Store at Cerritos Triangle, a center located at the intersection of 183rd Street and Gridley in Cerritos, CA. Opening is slated for next month.
Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) signed a long-term lease renewal with Bed Bath & Beyond on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset, NY. Bed Bath & Beyond currently operates 13 locations on Long Island. Breslin has negotiated leases with the company in Manhasset, Plainview, Sayville and Lake Grove.
Ludwig & Seeley Real Estate (248-750-1700) signed a lease with Plymouth Guitar at Charlestowne Square in Plymouth, MI. Opening is slated for April. The company also signed a lease with Expression in Hardware on East Stadium Boulevard in Ann Arbor, MI.
Prudential Douglas Elliman (212-418-2020) signed a lease for 27,406 sq.ft. with New York Sports Clubs at The Shops at Atlas Park, a 400,000 sq.ft. center located in Queens, NY. The long-term lease has three, five-year options.
Winoker Realty Co. (212-519-2000) signed the following leases throughout New York, NY: 10 years for 1,900 sq.ft. with Accessories That Matter and two years for 1,145 sq.ft. with Lina Hats on Fifth Avenue; 650 sq.ft. with Ginny H; three years for 2,900 sq.ft. with MVP New York; and five years for 1,895 sq.ft. with Twinz, LLC at the 39th Street Fashion Center; five years for 2,600 sq.ft. with The Bag Lady and five years for 3,000 sq.ft. with Pure Accessories at FX Fashion Exchange, a 132,000 sq.ft. building located on West 36th Street.
WindStar Properties (214-526-2700) signed a lease for 1,067 sq.ft. with Piccomolo Italian Ice Cream at Southlake Town Square, a center located in Southlake, TX.
First Commercial (248-415-2301) signed the following leases throughout MI: 1,539 sq.ft. with Fish & Chip Express at the Shops at Northeast Village in Detroit; 4,800 sq.ft. with Screamers at the Regional Shopping Center in Mt. Clemens; 1,441 sq.ft. with Shelby Nail and Tan at Shelby Corners Shopping Center in Shelby Township; 500 sq.ft. with Taibah Aroma at the Tower Center Mall in Detroit; 1,580 sq.ft. with Dueto Clothing on East Main Street in Northville; 2,000 sq.ft. with Urban Interiors at Merri-Five Shopping Center in Livonia and 1,800 sq.ft. with Fur Faced Angel’s at Riverside Plaza in Marine City.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 2,300 sq.ft. with Solana Med Spa on Hudson Street, between North Moore and Franklin Streets, in New York, NY. Solana Med Spa specializes in microdermabrasion and botox treatments and is slated to open next month. This will be the company’s second Manhattan location. The spa franchise operates locations nationwide.
Staubach Retail (800-944-0012) signed a lease for 52,800 sq.ft. of land for Wachovia Bank at the intersection of Beach Street and North Tarrant Parkway in Fort Worth, TX.
Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (602-248-0600) signed the following leases throughout AZ: 3,000 sq.ft. with Barracuda Beach Baja Grill at the Oasis at the Islands, a center located on West Elliot Road in Gilbert; and 980 sq.ft. with H&R Block at The Shoppes at Higley Village, a center located on North Higley Road in Mesa. |
