Lease Signings Michael Salove Co. (215-568-2600) signed the following leases with QuikDrop International: five years for 2,600 sq.ft. at Collegeville Shopping Center located on West Main Street in Collegeville, PA; five years at the Shoppes at Yorktown, a center located at the intersection of Route 611 and Church Road in Elkins Park, PA; and five years for 1,600 sq.ft. at Pike Creek Shopping Center located on Route 7 in Wilmington, DE. The company operates six locations throughout the Philadelphia, PA area, with other locations in Quakertown and Allentown, PA and in Voorhees, NJ.
Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) signed the following leases with Angel Tips Nail & Spa: 10 years for 4,000 sq.ft. at ShopRite Plaza in Stamford, CT and 10 years for 1,880 sq.ft. at Super Stop & Shop Center located on Flanders Road in East Lyme, CT. The location at ShopRite Plaza will offer a full array of spa services such as manicures, pedicures, massage therapy, haircuts and facials. The company also signed a 20-year lease for 4,000 sq.ft. with American Restaurant & Bar at ShopRite Plaza in Stamford, CT. The company also signed the following leases with Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits: 10 years for 2,600 sq.ft. at Playtogs Plaza, a center located on Route 17M in Middletown, NY, and 2,500 sq.ft. at Washington Plaza, a center located on 163rd Street, between Third and Washington Avenues in Bronx, NY.
Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 4,500 sq.ft. with Village Inn at Old Spanish Trail Market Place, a center located at the intersection of Southeast 22nd Street and Harrison Road in Tucson, AZ. This will be the restaurant’s fourth location in Tucson. The company also signed a lease for 1,300 sq.ft. with VIP Nails at Old Spanish Trail Marketplace, a center located at the intersection of 22nd and Harrison Road in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease for 1,198 sq.ft. with SW Sun Control Products at Orange Grove Village located at the intersection of Oracle Road and Orange Grove in Tucson.

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed a lease for 11,154 sq.ft. with Rite Aid at the intersection of Phoenixville Pike and Boot Road in West Whiteland, PA. Opening is slated for October. The company also signed a lease for 8,700 sq.ft. with an upscale furniture store on Chestnut Street in Philadelphia, PA. The company represented the tenant in the transaction, which is the first retail store to be opened by the noted designers, Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams, in the Philadelphia market. Area retail includes Borders Books, Marathon Grill, Lord & Taylor, West Elm and Lucky Strike. The company also signed a lease for 4,800 sq.ft. with Panera Bread at Ocean Plaza, a 214,850 sq.ft. center located on Highway 35 in Ocean Township, NJ. The center is anchored by Wegman’s Supermarket, Stein Mart, Staples and Pier 1 Imports.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed the following leases throughout MO: 3,433 sq.ft. with Footlocker and 3,600 sq.ft. with MJP Enterprises at Plaza on the Boulevard, a center located on West Florissant Road in Jennings; 7,500 sq.ft. with Regency Corp. at South Lakeview Plaza, a center located on Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis; 1,400 sq.ft. with Edible Arrangements at Shoppes at Cross Keys, a center located on New Halls Ferry Road in Florissant; and 4,000 sq.ft. with Ashley Stewart at Buzz Westfall Plaza on the Boulevard, a center located on West Florissant Avenue in Jennings.
Woolbright Development, Inc. (561-989-2265) signed a lease for 23,052 sq.ft. with Office Depot at Marketplace at Dr. Phillips, a 327,477 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Phillips Boulevard and Sand Lake Road in Orlando, FL. The center is anchored by Albertsons, Stein Mart and HomeGoods. Office Depot operates 1,009 stores nationwide and in Canada.
