Marcus & Millichap is selling a 41,928 sq.ft. Coventry 13 Movie Theater located in Fort Wayne, IN for $2.05 million with a Cap rate of 7.45%. The theater has a net operating income of $152,748 and a recently executed 10-year lease. Area demographics include a population of 70,000 within five miles earning $70,698 as the average household income. The company also is selling the following properties: a Jiffy Lube store located just off Interstate 10 in Beaumont, CA for $4.15 million with a Cap rate of 6.14%; a Jiffy Lube store located in Palm Desert, CA for $1.93 million with a Cap rate of 5.75%.
