The company currently operates 300 locations nationwide and is seeking street and lifestyle center locations, as well as casino deals; Carvel in its expansion throughout Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and San Diego Counties in CA. The stores occupy spaces of 1,200 sq.ft. in neighborhood centers and prefer to cotenant with supermarkets and drug stores; Cheers Sofa Gallery in its expansion nationwide. The international furniture gallery is looking for spaces of 5,000 sq.ft. to 7,000 sq.ft. in lifestyle and power centers; Chico’s in its expansion throughout southern CA.
