The company also signed a lease for 1,004 sq.ft. with Regis Corporation at North Lake Commons, a 128,946 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Rand Road and Main Street in Lake Zurich, IL. The center is anchored by Dominick’s. The company also signed a lease for 1,562 sq.ft. with Amarisa’s Pizza at Long Grove Commons, a center located at the intersection of Old McHenry Road and Route 22 in Long Grove, IL.
