Woolbright Development (561-989-2265) named Erick H. Collazo director of development. He will oversee the development of more than two million sq.ft. of mixed-use space. Collazo has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He held several positions over the last 15 years at The Mills Corporation. Most recently, he was group vice president of the domestic U.S. southern region, where he was responsible for the development and redevelopment of 14 Mills properties. Before this, he was international group vice president, where he directed a $380 million project in Spain. Prior to that, he was vice president, development director and was responsible for a $250 million project in Atlanta, GA.
Kay Cos. (617-969-0606) hired Stephen M. White as project executive. In this senior management role, White will leverage his more than 25 years in the construction industry by overseeing a portion of the company’s construction projects and leading the company’s project management team on the current Stop & Shop in Southbury, CT. In addition, he will be involved with the company’s general business decisions and serve as the company’s tenant coordinator. Prior to joining Kay, White served as a project manager for S.R. Weiner and Associates, Inc., the largest commercial retail developer in New England. While there, he managed the $20 million construction and revitalization of a 400,000 sq.ft. center.
Hudson Realty Capital, LLC (212-532-3553) appointed Jason Parker as an associate. In this capacity, Parker will focus on the origination of both debt and equity transactions nationwide. He joins Hudson Realty Capital from Bear Stearns, where he was an analyst in the CMBS division. Previously, Parker served as the assistant vice president of the commercial real estate division of Emigrant Savings Bank of New York. Since the formation of its initial two funds in 2002, Hudson Realty has closed more than $900 million in debt and equity transactions and currently has another $160 million in the pipeline.
The R.H. Johnson Co. (816-561-5111) hired Andy Crimmins as a vice president. He will specialize in tenant representation, brokerage and development. Crimmins has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He previously worked for Williams-Sonoma, where he was director of real estate. |
