The restaurants will be located at Granite Run Square, a center located at the intersection of Manheim Pike and Granite Run Drive in Lancaster; Home Depot Shopping Center located on Eisenhower Boulevard in Hanover; York Town Center, a proposed center located at the intersection of Routes 30 and 24 in East York; High Point Commons, a center located at the intersection of Route 283 and Lindle Road in East Harrisburg. The center is anchored by Target and JCPenney; and Delco Market Place, a center located at the intersection of Routes 30 and 74 in West York. Anchors include Lowe’s Home Improvement and Giant. The company also negotiated a freestanding pad lease for a Texas Roadhouse restaurant at the intersection of Eisenhower Drive and Wilson Avenue in Hanover, PA. The center is cotenanted by Ruby Tuesday. Texas Roadhouse currently operates 200 restaurants throughout 34 states. The company also is currently negotiating five more Texas Roadhouse deals, including one in the Philadelphia, PA area.
