The Katsias Co. (757-490-3585) has been named the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the following three VA shopping centers: Club Forest Bennett’s Creek, a 57,600 sq.ft. Food Lion-anchored center in Suffolk; Cape Charles Shopping Center, a 40,900 sq.ft. Food Lion-anchored center in Cape Charles; and Cypress Run, a 25,000 sq.ft. center located in Smithfield. The center is anchored by Movie Gallery and Wachovia Bank. The company also is exclusively representing Tropical Smoothie Café in its expansion throughout the Hampton Roads, VA area. The smoothie shops occupy spaces of 1,400 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. in supermarket-anchored centers.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-331-0124) is representing Dooney & Burke in its expansion throughout CA, FL, NV, NY, TX and Washington, DC. The stores, which specialize in handbags, shoes and gloves, occupy spaces of 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. in malls, specialty centers and urban/downtown areas. Plans call for five openings during the coming 18 months. Dooney & Burke currently operates nine locations throughout CA, HI, NV, NY, TX and Puerto Rico. The company also is representing Solstice in its expansion nationwide. The stores, which specialize in high-end designer sunglasses, occupy spaces of 800 sq.ft. to 1,300 sq.ft. in lifestyle centers, regional malls and urban/downtown areas.

 

Horizon Realty Services, Inc. (847-870-8585) is representing the following retailers in their expansion within select markets of IL: Hertz Rent A Car in its search for spaces of 1,200 sq.ft. to 1,500 sq.ft. in Matteson, St. Charles, Elgin and Orland Park. Typical leases run three years with two, three-year options; Los Quiropracticos in its search for spaces in Chicago and its suburbs. Typical leases run five years with matching renewal options. Based on the West Coast with 10 units, this chiropractic clinic provides service to the Hispanic population; Goddard Systems, Inc. in its search for land areas of 1.25 acres for an 8,000 sq.ft. school with a play area of 10,000 sq.ft. in Oswego, Barrington, Lincolnshire, Palatine, McHenry, Mokena, Frankfort and Antioch. The company is seeking build-to-suit properties and land acquisitions; and International Beauty Supply in its search for spaces of 2,000 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. in Hoffman Estates, Bloomingdale, Mundelein, Schaumberg, Carol Stream and Glendale Heights.

 

GVA Advantis (757-754-4553) is exclusively representing Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in its expansion throughout Hampton Roads and Williamsburg, VA. The restaurants occupy spaces of 5,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. in existing centers and pad sites. Restaurant conversions will also be considered. Buffalo Wild Wings currently operates 375 restaurants throughout 35 states.

 

The Rotella Group, Inc. (954-568-9015) is exclusively representing Golden Corral Restaurants in its expansion throughout Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties in the southeastern FL market.

 

J.J. Herman & Associates (216-642-3115) is representing a Famous Dave’s BBQ franchisee throughout PA, except Philadelphia. The franchisee expects to open 18 restaurants during the coming five to seven years throughout the state. The restaurants occupy spaces of 6,000 sq.ft. and up in outparcels, freestanding locations and endcaps. Preferred demographics include a population of 55,000 within three miles.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate (610-246-2606) has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for the Crispin Square Shopping Center located at the intersection of Church Street and Church Road in Marlton, NJ. The 47,000 sq.ft. center has spaces available of 3,000 sq.ft. to 28,000 sq.ft. and is tenanted by GameStop, Bobby Chez Seafood, Hallmark, Jellybean Jungle, TCBY, UPS Store and H&R Block.
