The center is anchored by Movie Gallery and Wachovia Bank. The company also is exclusively representing Tropical Smoothie Café in its expansion throughout the Hampton Roads, VA area. The smoothie shops occupy spaces of 1,400 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. in supermarket-anchored centers.
