Legend Properties, Inc. (610-941-4034) appointed Maria Aristone as president and promoted

eight team members to vice president: Pat Heron specializes in commercial real estate sales, leasing and marketing; Dennis Campbell specializes in corporate real estate, brokerage and development; Joel Dicker comes to Legend Properties having completed over 100 new store deals while working for Jamesway and A&P; Seth Hersh, with over 10 years of experience, will focus on landlord/seller representation with a commitment to developing marketing plans for each property; Marc Wiser, has been with Legend Properties since September 2003 and has represented such property owners as Forest City Enterprises, Black and Decker, PNC Bank and retail tenants such as Capital Grill, Sprint PCS and Ruby Tuesday. He will focus on new development projects throughout the Center City area of Philadelphia, PA; Jackie Christman is involved in the sale, leasing and marketing of commercial retail, investment and development properties; James Balliet, as manager of the Allentown, PA branch, has been active in the sale of retail and investment grade properties, land opportunities and shopping center leasing ; Jean Bialoskorski assists in the daily operations of all satellite offices and along with the appointment as vice president, she has also received partnership status with Legend Properties.

 

Boston Realty Advisors (617-375-7900) announced the Bonny Doorakian has joined the company as associate director of commercial brokerage. Prior to joining Boston Realty, she wasa brokerage coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield.  Doorakian has a total of nine years of experience in the brokerage industry and will help lead Boston Realty Advisors commercial brokerage initiatives.

 

Levin Management Corp. (908-755-2401) named Robert Carson as executive vice president.  In addition to his daily operations and coordination of all new client properties, Mr. Carson will assume a more active role in the business development for the company, which has almost 12.5 million sq.ft. of diverse retail operations. 

 

RMC Property Group (813-960-8154) named Michael Chlebovec as senior vice president of operations. Chlebovec will be responsible for managing the real estate operations for the company’s owned and third party shopping center portfolios and owner/landlord relations. He comes to RMC after serving five years as director of asset management for Winn-Dixie. He also previously worked as senior vice president of asset management at Konover Property Trust.

 

CB Richard Ellis – Phoenix (602-735-1782) named Rick Murphy senior vice president. Murphy has 17 years in the commercial real estate industry and is a retail properties specialist focusing on tenant representation and land sales for such clients as Jo-Ann Fabrics, Diamond Shamrock, Compass Bank and Phillips 66.

 

Prudential CRES (631-928-9600) hired Jean Larsen as a licensed real estate sales associate.  Her duties will include developing new relationships and opportunities within the commercial sales, leasing, and investment sectors.  Prior to joining Prudential CRES, Larsen served as founder and CEO of Clear Beauty, Inc.

 

Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. (540-667-2424) announced that Robert Spigner has joined the company as an associate broker. 

 

NRDC Equity Partners LLC (914-694-4444) announced that Christina Johnson has joined the company as partner and managing director of retail and consumer investments. Her responsibilities will include managing the company’s acquired retail businesses and advising potential acquisitions.  She will also be serving on the board of directors for Lord and Taylor.
