The Richardson Group, LLC (941-953-9772) signed leases with the following retailers: 775 sq.ft. with Antwerp Diamonds and 2,325 sq.ft. with Fastrack Bicycle & Run at Orange-Dolphin Galleria on Dolphin Street in downtown Sarasota, FL. Fastrack specializes in selling bicycles, accessories and running wear.
Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed the following leases at Rice Lake Square, a 251,000 sq.ft. center located in Wheaton, IL: 2,355 sq.ft. with Radiance Medspa, 2,903 sq.ft. with Massage Envy and 3,000 sq.ft. with Sanctuary Day Spa.
Crosland (704-561-5222) signed a lease for 140,000 sq.ft. and an adjacent 29,000 sq.ft. with Lowe’s Home Improvement at Pendleton Village, a 25-acre commercial development located at the intersection of Interstate 77/Highway 160 Interchange in Fort Mill, SC.

The company also signed the following leases at Demopolis Towne Center located on Highway 80 West in Demopolis, AL: 20,000 sq.ft. with Fred’s; 13,050 sq.ft. with Peebles and 11,008 sq.ft. with Cititrends.
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-246-2606) negotiated three leases totaling 59,000 sq.ft. with DSW Shoe Warehouse and Filene’s Basement. DSW and Filene’s will occupy a new addition currently under construction at Marple Crossroads Shopping Center located at the intersection of U.S. 1, Interstate 476 and PA 320 in Springfield, PA. Cotenants include Old Navy, Marshalls, Linens ‘N Things, OfficeMax, Circuit City, Jo-Ann Stores, Five Below, Justice-Just For Girls, Olly Shoes, Gamestop, Party City, AMC Theatres and the Chubb Institute.
