(954-568-0530) signed the following leases throughout FL: 10 years for 2,562 sq.ft. with Hollywood Tanning Systems at Legacy Place, a center located at the intersection of PGA Boulevard and A1A in Palm Beach; and five years for 120 sq.ft. with Beers Enterprises at Brookwood Biscayne Towers located on North Biscayne Boulevard in Miami.

Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) signed a 15-year lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with BRGR on 7th Avenue in Manhattan in New York, NY. BRGR specializes in fresh, made-to-order beef, turkey and veggie burgers.
PlazaCorp Realty Advisors, Inc. (269-383-5775) signed a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with Shakespeare’s Pub, plus the addition of an approximately 2,000 sq.ft. outdoor patio, at The Shakespeare Building located on East Kalamazoo Avenue in Kalamazoo, MI.
The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed leases with Kohl’s and PetSmart at Sherman Commons Shopping Center located at the northeast quadrant of U.S. Highway 75 and Loy Lake Road in Sherman, TX. Kohl’s will occupy a space of 68,725 sq.ft., while PetSmart will occupy a space of 20,097 sq.ft.
