Lease Signings Newmark Knight Frank Retail (212-372-2395) has signed a lease for 4,100 sq.ft. with Metro Marche at 625 Eighth Avenue in New York, NY.
Charter Realty & Development Corp. (203-629-3939) has signed a lease for 65,000 sq.ft. with Big Y in Torrington Parkade located at 420 Winstead Road in Torrington, CT. The company also signed leases with the following retailers at San Souci Plaza, a 267,815 sq.ft. center located on Route 235 in California, MD: Marshalls; 8,000 sq.ft. with Design Warehouse; 1,600 sq.ft. with Lendmark Financial Services and 1,568 sq.ft. with Contours Express. Cotenants of the center include Shoppers Food Warehouse, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Dollar General and Fashion Bug.
Northeast Retail Leasing & Management (860-683-9000) has signed a lease for 6,250 sq.ft. with Tuesday Morning at Staples Plaza in Wallingford, CT. The company also signed a lease for 12,000 sq.ft. with Sauder Furniture at Buckland Hills.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) has signed a lease for 10,509 sq.ft. with Ruby Tuesday at the intersection of 41st Street and Seventh Avenue in New York, NY. Area retail includes Ann Taylor. Opening is slated for April 2007.
