Lease Signings GVA Advantis (407-999-4775) signed a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with City Grill at The Market at Southside, a center located at the corner of Orange Avenue and Michigan Street in Orlando, FL. Cotenants include Publix, Ross Dress For Less and Beall’s Outlet.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (602-735-1782) signed a 10-year lease for 35,000 sq.ft. with Jo-Ann Stores at Mesa Riverview, a 1.1 million sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Loop 101 and Dobson Road in Mesa, AZ. Opening is slated for November. This will be the retailer’s seventh superstore location in the area.
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-246-2606) signed a lease with D&J Sports, Inc. at Fairmont Village Shopping Center, a 100,000 sq.ft. center located on South Route 309 in Upper Saucon, PA. Cotenants include King’s Supermarket and CVS. The location will be the retailer’s eighth store nationwide and its second in PA. D&J Sports offers competition swim gear from retailers such as Speedo, Tyr, Nike, Splish and Dolfin. The stores carry T-shirts, bags, hats, visors, water bottles, warm-ups and parkas.
Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (973-299-0900) signed a lease for 122,000 sq.ft. with EasyClosets on Chapin Road in Pine Brook, NJ.
