Lease Signings


Ludwig & Seeley, Inc. (248-750-1700) signed the following leases throughout MI: five years for 1,542 sq.ft. with First Cash at a center located on Highland Road in Pontiac; five years for 1,867 sq.ft. with First Cash at a center located  on Michigan Avenue in Ypsilanti and five years for 1,200 sq.ft. with First Cash at a center located in Pontiac; five years for 1,192 sq.ft. with One Hour Martinizing; 1,476 sq.ft. with Advanced Communications and five years for 2,986 sq.ft. with Red Balloon Saloon at Northwest Plaza, a center located in Southfield; 3,800 sq.ft. with Second Time Around on Orchard Lake Road in Orchard Lake; 3,000 sq.ft. with Midwest Tae Kwon Do on North Main Street in Plymouth and 2,931 sq.ft. with Beaners Gourmet Coffee on Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak.

 

The Rotella Group, Inc. (954-568-9015) signed five leases with Mattress Mall in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Pompano Beach and Wellington, FL.  The stores range in size from 3,000 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. 

 

Next Realty, LLC (703-442-4500) signed a lease for 2,262 sq.ft. with Chicago Computer Club at Gappie Plaza, a 22,000 sq.ft. center located at the southwest corner of East 35th Street and Martin Luther King Drive in Northbrook, IL.  Cotenants include T-Mobile, Athlete’s Foot and Mena’s Hair Design

 

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed the following leases totaling 47,167 sq.ft. in the Mansfield Town Center in Mansfield, TX: 1,670 sq.ft. with FedEx Kinkos; 5,032 sq.ft. with Game Day Sports Bar & Grill; 2,535 sq.ft. with Grapevine Bike Center; 21,300 sq.ft. with Michael’s Arts & Crafts; 15,000 sq.ft. with Petco and 1,630 sq.ft. with Exxcel Nail/Spa.

 

Katz & Associates (845-735-6666) signed the following leases: 21,600 sq.ft. with A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts at Tarpon Springs in Naples, FL; 1,200 sq.ft. with Advance America at Hillsboro Shopping Center in Hillsboro, NH and 2,300 sq.ft. with Advance America at 149 Main Street in Littleton, NH; 30,000 sq.ft. with Best Buy at Sample Road  and Route 441 in Margate, FL; 4,500 sq.ft. with Bombay Company at Midtown Shopping Center in Little Rock, AR; 15,000 sq.ft. with Books A Million at Rivergate Shopping Center in Charlotte, NC; 18,300 sq.ft. with Cost Plus World Market at The Avenue Murfreesboro in Murfreesboro, TN; 4,224 sq.ft. with Jos. A Bank at Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, FL and 4,000 sq.ft. with Jos. A Bank  at Legacy Village in Mobile, AL; 5,075 sq.ft. with Mattress Firm on Mt. Zion Road in Morrow, GA; 11,050 sq.ft. with Party City at Eastvale Gateway in Mira Loma, CA and 11,587 sq.ft. with Shoe Carnival at Eisenhower Crossing in Macon, GA.

 

Poag and McEwen Lifestyle Centers, LLC (901-761-7604) signed a lease with Beard Papa’s in The Promenade Shops, a 350,000 sq.ft. lifestyle center in Corona, CA.  The popular cream puff chain will join almost 50 other tenants including American Eagle Outfitters, Ann Taylor Loft, Bath & Body Works, Ben Bridge Jeweler, Finish Line, Marble Slab Creamery, Ra Sushi, T.G.I. Friday’s, White House Black Market and Z Gallerie.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-246-2606) signed a lease for 10,185 sq.ft. with Loehmann’s at the Short Hills Shopping Center, an 89,358 sq.ft. neighborhood center located at 800 Morris and Essex Turnpike in Short Hills, NJ.  The center is co-anchored by King’s Supermarket and Walgreens.  This will be the retailer’s sixth location in NJ.  The company also signed the following leases with FedEx Kinko’s: 2,000 sq.ft. at Cloverly Plaza on Route 611 and Madeira Roads in Jenkintown, PA and 2,000 sq.ft. at Center Point Plaza on 1301-1325 New Churchmans Road in Newark, NJ.

 

Mid-America (630-954-7300) signed the following leases at Poplar Creek Crossing in Hoffman Estates, IL; 4,157 sq.ft. with Chicago Home Fitness; a 0.8 acre outlot with Citibank; 1,850 sq.ft. with Caribou Coffee; 7,200 sq.ft. with Lane Bryant / Cacique and 1,200 sq.ft. with Cost Cutters.  Cotenants include Cost Plus World Market, Kirkland’s, Linens N Things, Michaels, OfficeMax, PetSmart, Target and T.J. Maxx.
