Westrust Ventures, in a joint venture between Pacific Coast Capital Partners and Vornado Realty Trust, is developing The Plant in San Jose, CA. The 646,000 sq.ft. center includes 502,000 sq.ft. comprising 11 national anchor tenants, 85,000 sq.ft. of inline space, two gas stations and 8,000 sq.ft. of office space.
