Lease Signings Legend Properties (610-941-4034) leased over 47,000 sq.ft. in two separate transactions with Michaels Stores in Chambersburg and Plymouth Meeting, PA.
Noddle Cos. (800-365-1616) signed the following leases: 3,357 sq.ft. with The Tan Co.; 1,277 sq.ft. with Edible Arrangements and 1,046 sq.ft. with Verizon at Shoppes at Aksarben in Omaha, NE; 26,804 sq.ft. with Ace Hardware at Storm Lake Plaza in Storm Lake, IA; 13,000 sq.ft. with Ace Hardware at Montwood Mall in El Paso, TX; 5,400 sq.ft. with Hong Kong Buffet and 1,400 sq.ft. with Ace Cash at Plaza West in Mason City, IA; 1,400 sq.ft. with Check Into Cash at Heritage Plaza in Spearfish, SD and 1,400 sq.ft. with Heartland Cellular at Atlantic Plaza in Atlantic, IA.
REP Commercial (877-844-4040) signed a one-year lease for 738 sq.ft. with Thierry’s Fashions of Long Beach at Orange Carsons Plaza, a 36,700 sq.ft. center located in Long Beach, CA. The company also negotiated leases with Blockbuster Video and Dollar Tree Store at Mill Valley Square, a center located on West Ellendale Avenue in Dallas, OR. Dollar Tree signed a five-year lease for 14,700 sq.ft. and Blockbuster Video signed a five-year lease for 2,500 sq.ft. The center is anchored by Safeway and Rite Aid and is now 100% leased.
The Prakas Group, Inc. (561-368-0003) signed a lease for 2,650 sq.ft. with Bluefin Sushi and Thai Grill at Parkland Town Center located on Parkside Drive in Parkland, FL.
Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed a lease for 104,231 sq.ft. with JCPenney at Centerpointe of Woodridge, a 466,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of 75th Street and Woodward Avenue in Woodridge, IL. Opening for JCPenney is slated for spring 2007. Co-anchors will include Sam’s Club, OfficeMax, Sports Authority and The Home Depot. The company also signed the following leases at the 400,000 sq.ft. power center, Poplar Creek Crossing in Hoffman Estates, IL; 4,157 sq.ft. with Chicago Home Fitness; a 0.8 acre outlot with Citibank; 1,850 sq.ft. with Caribou Coffee; 7,200 sq.ft. with Lane Bryant / Cacique and 1,200 sq.ft. with Cost Cutters. Cotenants include Cost Plus World Market, Kirkland’s, Linens N Things, Michaels, Office Max, PetSmart, Target and T.J. Maxx.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 2,200 sq.ft. with Starbucks and for 1,930 sq.ft. with Couture Bride at Durango Commons, a center located in Las Vegas, NV. |
