The 19,200 sq.ft. center is shadow-anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement and Wal*Mart Supercenter, which is slated to open this month. Other tenants include Aaron’s Sales & Lease, Cingular, New China Buffet and Sun Tan City.
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-246-2606) arranged a 20-year, 1.5-acre ground lease for The Bank, which is slated to open in 2007. The bank will be located at a former Greentree Inn site at the intersection of Green Tree Road and North Maple Avenue in Evesham, NJ. The property will be redeveloped for a 2,706 sq.ft. full-service bank. The Bank operates 27 locations.
Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) negotiated a long-term lease with Children’s Place at Levittown Mews, a 100,000 sq.ft. center on Hempsted Turnpike in Levittown, NY. The total aggregate rental in the long-term lease was more than $2 million. The store is 4,500 sq.ft. and is the 17th Children’s Place location in Long Island, NY. Cotenants include Waldbaums, Dots, Modern Woman, Citibank, Ulta 3, H & R Block and Washington Mutual.
Woolbright Development, Inc. (866-WDI-1230) signed seven leases for the Collection at Vanderbilt shopping center in Naples, FL, located at the intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Airport Pulling Road. Among the leases signed were Persona Boutique for 1,200 sq.ft.; Cosi for 3,200 sq.ft.; Merle Norman for 1,067 sq.ft.; Black Truffle Chocolatier for 849 sq.ft.; Tami’s Trendy with a Twist for 1,500 sq.ft.; AmTrust Bank for 1,365 sq.ft. and Juiceblendz for 1,125 sq.ft. The Collection at Vanderbilt is a 225,000 sq.ft. center anchored by Fresh Market and tenanted by Starbucks, Zazou, Pauli Moto’s Asian Bistro and Ziggity Dot Children’s Lifestyle.
Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) negotiated the 9,543 sq.ft. lease with Anna’s Linens at the South Philadelphia Shipping Center, located at the intersection of 24th and Oregon in Philadelphia, PA. Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc. owns the 283,300 sq.ft. center which is tenanted by Bally Total Fitness, Shop Rite, Ross Dress for Less and Modell’s. Fameco represented Anna’s Linens in the transaction.
The Lansco Corp. (212-644-2222) completed leasing a site on West 13th Street in Manhattan, NY with the negotiation of a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with Fig & Olive, a Mediterranean restaurant. The site is a 135,000 sq.ft. retail and office building. Fig & Olive was represented by Sierra Realty. The building’s tenants include Buddha Bar, Wonderland Beauty Parlor, B8 Couture, Theory and China Grill. |
