Winick Realty Group (212-792-2634) is representing Maui Wowi with the Hawaiian smoothie and coffee company’s expansion into spaces in office buildings and high-traffic areas throughout New York, NY.

 

NAI Harding Dahm (260-423-4311) has assumed the property management responsibilities for three shopping centers totaling over 330,000 sq.ft. in Fort Wayne, IN: Georgetown Square Shopping Center, Washington Square Shopping Center and Clinton Corners

 

Sperry Van NessMiller Commercial Real Estate (410-543-2440) has been awarded the management contract for Court Plaza Shopping Center in Salisbury, MD.  The 34,755 sq.ft. center is located on U.S. Route 13 and is tenanted by Educational Supplies and The Wellness Community.

 

Zamias Services, Inc. (814-535-3563) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills in Pittsburgh, PA.  The 1.1 million sq.ft. center is tenanted by Bath & Body Works, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Houlihan’s, H & M, Johnny Rockets, JCPenney, Linens ‘N Things, Macy’s, Panera Bread, Putting Edge, Sears Grand and Victoria’s Secret.  The center is adjacent to the Village at Pittsburgh Mills, featuring Applebee’s, Best Buy, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Michaels, Office Max, PetSmart and Wal*Mart.
