Ripco Real Estate Corp. (212-750-6565) completed a 15-year lease with New York Sports Club at The Langston in New York, NY on Bradhurst Avenue between West 145th Street and West 146th Street. The fitness club will occupy 16,200 sq.ft. The company represented Gotham Organization and The Richman Group in the transaction.
McCollom Realty, Ltd. (708-383-6450) finalized a 10-year lease with Duckwall-ALCO Department Store for 25,000 sq.ft. at Family Farm & Home shopping center in Peru, IL. Opening is slated for spring.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-351-9354) completed the 1,200 sq.ft. lease with 33 Bond Gallery, an artist gallery in Manhattan, NY on Bond Street. The company represented the owner and the tenant.
