Apparel Chains Expanding Nationwide


Ben Sherman USA operates four locations throughout Los Angeles, CA; Las Vegas, NV; New York, NY and London, England.  The men and women’s apparel stores occupy spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft. in malls, lifestyle centers and urban/downtown areas.  Plans call for six openings throughout AZ, CA, FL and IL during the coming 18 months, with representation by Urban Retail Real Estate Group, LLC. Typical leases run 10 years. Ted Baker is cited as competition. DC Shoe, Roxy and Quicksilver operates 113 locations nationwide. The stores, offering accessories, apparel and shoes, occupy spaces of 1,500 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. in malls, lifestyle and tourist centers and urban/downtown areas. Plans call for 45 openings nationwide during the coming 18 months, with representation by Urban Retail Real Estate Group, LLC.
