(602-248-0600) negotiated the following leases in AZ: 1,500 sq.ft. with The Cake Café at Foothills Park Place, located at the intersection of 48th Street and Ray Road in Phoenix, representing the landlord, Foothills Shopping Center, LLC; 4,000 sq.ft. with Baum’s Sporting Goods at Thunderbird Beltway Plaza, located at the intersection of Thunderbird Road and 83rd Avenue in Peoria, representing the tenant; 1,668 sq.ft. with Bubbles and Paws at Fry’s Food & Drug Plaza, located at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Cactus Road in Peoria, representing the landlord, KKG-III Associates, LLP; 36,000 sq.ft. with Home Life Furnishings at Warner Plaza, located on North Alma School Road in Chandler, representing the tenant, MEM Holdings, Inc.; 1,638 sq.ft. with Nik & D’s Chicago Style Restaurant at Palm Valley Pavilions North, located at the intersection of Litchfield Road and McDowell Road in Goodyear, representing the landlord, PV North, LLC; 1,400 sq.ft. with Subway at Cinema Park Shopping Center, located at the intersection of 7th Street and Missouri Avenue in Phoenix, representing the landlord, Cinema Park Investments; 19,787 sq.ft. with Phoenix Newspapers at Winsor Square, located on 35th Street in Phoenix, representing the landlord, Southbridge Plaza, LP and 1,400 sq.ft. with Embroid-Me at Park Pineway Plaza, located on South White Mountain Road in Show Low, representing the landlord, Twice Markets, LLC. GVA Williams (203-324-0800) negotiated the 18,000 sq.ft. lease for Zara on Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, CT. The company represented the landlord in the transaction.
Preferred Development (312-327-2700) signed a lease with Sun Kiss Tanning at Columbia Plaza Shopping Center in Columbia City, IN. Cotenants include Aldi, Dollar General, Check Into Cash, H&R Block and Los Tequilas Restaurant.
Colliers Arnold (813-221-2290) negotiated three long-term leases, totaling 18,490 sq.ft., at a center on Dale Murphy Boulevard in Tampa, FL. The company represented Drexel Heritage with its 12,750 sq.ft. lease and Pei Wei Asian Diner with its 3,060 sq.ft. lease. Altell leased 2,680 sq.ft. and was represented by Insite Realty. The center is slated to open this fall.
Stirling Properties (504-523-4481) signed leases at the 450,000 sq.ft. Stirling Lafayette Shopping Center in Covington, LA, with: Target for 126,842 sq.ft., JCPenney for 103,525 sq.ft., Ross Dress for Less for 25,000 sq.ft., Petco for 16,000 sq.ft., Office Depot for 21,017 sq.ft., Lane Bryant/Cacique for 7,040 sq.ft., Rack Room Shoes for 6,050 sq.ft., Hibbett Sports for 5,000 sq.ft. and Maurices for 4,020 sq.ft. The newest tenants are scheduled to open fall 2008. NAI Houston (713-985-4635) completed the 21,000 sq.ft. lease with Cornerstone Hardware on Glenmont Drive in Houston, TX. The company represented the tenant. Insite Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, East Group Properties, Inc.
UCR/Urban (214-526-6262) negotiated a 6,500 sq.ft. lease with Grill Concepts, Inc. for a Daily Grill restaurant to be located at the Park Lane development in Dallas, TX. Opening is slated for late 2008. The company represented the landlord. The project is anchored by Whole Foods and an upscale sports and fitness center with a full service spa and salon.
