Crosland, LLC is developing Chippenham Place, a mixed-use project in Richmond, VA. The center will be anchored by Kroger and is a redevelopment of the former Cloverleaf Mall. It will include 200,000 sq.ft. of retail space and 500 residential units. Construction is slated for 2008.

CB Richard Ellis is preleasing Vintage Park, a 500,000 sq.ft. lifestyle center being built on an 84-acre mixed-use site in Houston, TX. Located at the intersection of Highway 249 and Louetta Road, the site will be anchored by HEB, which will occupy 107,000 sq.ft. Contracts are pending with Amegy Bank, Bank of Texas, Trustmark and Laredo National Bank for pad sites at the development. There are 12 retail spaces available from 13,730 sq.ft. to 51,275 sq.ft. and four pad sites ranging from 1.3 acres to 3.18 acres. The average daily traffic count is 279,250 vehicles and area demographics include a population of 190,167 within five miles earning $105,143 as the average household income.  Completion is slated for this summer.
