CB Richard Ellis (813-273-8460) was named the exclusive leasing agent for Trinity Town Center in Pasco County, FL. The company will lease the 200,000 sq.ft. retail/office component of the 13.5-acre project located at the intersection of Trinity Boulevard and Little Road. Construction began this year with committed tenants including a bank, tea bar and pharmacy.

Baum Realty Group, Inc. (312-275-3102) will represent Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shops with the franchisor’s expansion in the suburbs of Chicago, IL and northwestern IN, as well as nationwide.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 3,100 sq.ft. of retail space on 1035 Madison Avenue in New York, NY. The residential co-op is located at the intersection of 79th Street and Madison Avenue and features 2,400 sq.ft. of retail space on the ground floor and 700 sq.ft. in the basement. The company is also the exclusive leasing agent for 7,125 sq.ft. on 239 Seventh Avenue in New York. The property is adjacent to the FedEx Kinko’s flagship location and is across from Whole Foods.
