Lease Signings CB Richard Ellis (847-572-1450) signed a lease with Justice Stores for 4,463 sq.ft. at The Glen Town Center in Glenview, IL.
Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed a lease with Pei Wei at The Polaris Centers of Commerce in Columbus, OH. The restaurants specialize in individually prepared and made-to-order dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Korea and China. The company also signed a lease with Starbucks at The Marketplace at Nobles Pond, which is currently under construction and located in Jackson Township, OH.
Zamias Services, Inc. (814-535-3563) signed leases with Abate Seafood and Dingbats Restaurant at the Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills in Tarentum, PA. The restaurants will take over the space formerly occupied by Lucky Strikes Lanes and a May 2007 opening is scheduled. Cotenants include Chili’s, Long Horn Steakhouse and Olive Garden.
Edens & Avant (803-779-4420) signed leases with Best Buy and PetSmart at Lexington Pavilion in Lexington, SC. The 230,000 sq.ft. center is anchored by Target and openings are slated for summer 2007.
