1st Patriot Realty (610-489-1884) is representing 2nd Ave Value Stores throughout the Philadelphia, PA region. Formerly known as Village Thrift Stores, 2nd Ave Value Stores currently operates five thrift stores in the Philadelphia area.

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) was named the exclusive leasing agent for
five properties in NJ: A 62,000 sq.ft. redevelopment of a former Huffman-Koos in Rivers Edge; the 24,000 sq.ft. Blinds To Go Center in Paramus with 15,200 sq.ft. of
space available; a 6,000 sq.ft. mixed-use redevelopment site in Passaic Park located at the intersection of Main Avenue and Howard Avenue; a 2,500 sq.ft. restaurant site formerly occupied by Meadowlands Steakhouse on Washington Avenue in Little Ferry and a
2,200 sq.ft. freestanding building on State Street in Teaneck.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC
(212-599-3700) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 10,531 sq.ft. of retail space on 35 West 21st Street in New York, NY. The space is located on the north side of 21st Street at the intersection of Fifth and Sixth Avenues. Area retailers include Anthropologie, Armani Exchange, Juicy Couture, White House/Black Market
and Zara.

The Retail Connection, L.P. (214-572-0777) represented Dallas Fish Market with a 5,200 sq.ft. restaurant location at the Kirby Building on Main Street in Dallas, TX. The company also represented BLT Steak with a 7,941 sq.ft. lease across from The Dallas Galleria at Village on the Green in Dallas, TX. This will be the restaurant's first location in TX. The company also represented Saltwater Willy's Seafood and Steakhouse with a 7,000 sq.ft. lease on Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas, TX. 

Goldschmidt & Associates (914-723-1616) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the following retail sites: 7,000 sq.ft. to 25,000 sq.ft. is available with asking rents of $45 psf on Central Park Avenue in Scarsdale, NY; 10,000 sq.ft. of retail space for lease on West Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, CT; 9,400 sq.ft. of retail space with asking rents of $29 psf on Garth Road in Scarsdale, NY and 80,000 sq.ft. of new retail space on Route 1 in Milford, CT.
