Panattoni Development Co. (916-381-1561) signed a lease for 103,525 sq.ft. with JCPenney at Rancho Del Chino in Chino, CA. The 103,525 sq.ft. store is located at the intersection of Ramona Avenue and Chino Hills Parkway. Opening is slated for October 2008.
The Retail Connection, L.P. (214-572-0777) represented Park Lane Shopping Center with a 10,022 sq.ft. lease to Ulta Salon and a 20,000 sq.ft. lease with The Children’s Place. The center is located on a 34-acre development at the intersection of Central Expressway and Park Lane in Dallas, TX. The company also signed a lease for 26,886 sq.ft. with Gold’s Gym International at Preston Center Pavilion Shopping Center in Dallas, TX. The fitness club is scheduled to open during this summer. The company also signed a lease for 5,500 sq.ft. with Sleep Experts at Lake Worth Marketplace in Lake Worth, TX.
